Website design for real estate agents

Portals own most property searches, so an agent’s own site has to do what a portal cannot: show local knowledge, collect seller leads and keep buyers coming back to you instead of to a listing page with five other agents. We build agent and agency sites around listings, neighbourhood guides and a valuation request. Landing pages from $500, full sites from $900.

  • Electronic contract when needed

01Two audiences, two paths

VisitorWhat they wantWhat the site offers
SellerTo know what the home is worth and who can sell itA valuation request, recent sales you handled, your selling process
BuyerTo see homes and understand an areaListings, saved searches where your feed allows, neighbourhood guides
Landlord or tenantRentals and managementA separate page if you offer it, so it does not confuse buyers

Sellers are usually the more valuable lead for an agent, so the valuation request sits on every page, not only on a contact page.

02Listings on your own site

Where your MLS or listing board offers an IDX or similar feed, we connect it so your site shows current listings with search and filters. Where it does not, we show your own listings from a simple admin panel that you update yourself.

Each listing page gets clean photos, the key facts, a map and one clear action: book a viewing. We follow the display rules of your feed provider, including attribution and refresh times.

03Local pages that only you can write

  • Neighbourhood guides: schools, commute, typical homes, what has changed recently, in your words.
  • Market notes you can stand behind, based on your own sales or the board’s published data.
  • A buying and selling guide for your area: taxes, inspections, timelines, local quirks.
  • Your story and your team, with licence details where your regulator requires them.

These pages bring search traffic that portals cannot copy, and they give AI assistants something specific to say about you.

04How we build it

  1. BriefYour areas, seller versus buyer focus, listing feed access and branding.
  2. StructurePages for sellers, buyers and each area you serve.
  3. Design and feedDesign, listing connection or admin panel, valuation form.
  4. LaunchDomain, analytics, CRM or e-mail routing for leads, handover of logins.

What we do not promise

  • Beating the big portals on general listing searches.
  • Listings from a feed you are not licensed to display.
  • Market statistics we cannot source: figures come from your sales or published board data.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a real estate agent website cost?

A landing page, for example for home valuations, starts at $500. A full site with listings and neighbourhood pages starts at $900; the estimate comes after a short brief.

Can my website show MLS listings?

If your board offers an IDX or similar feed and you are allowed to use it, yes. Otherwise we set up an admin panel for your own listings.

How does the site get seller leads?

Through a home valuation request on every page, pages about your selling process and recent sales, and local guides that show you know the area.

Can leads go into my CRM?

Yes, when your CRM accepts connections. Otherwise every request arrives by e-mail or messenger.

I work for a brokerage. Can I still have my own site?

Usually yes, within your brokerage’s rules on branding and disclosures. We follow them in the design and copy.
