How the check works

    AI answers

    We ask an AI assistant working from live web results the question a customer would ask (“best dentist in Toronto”), without your name in it, and look for you in its answer. Then we ask about you by name.

    We read Google’s top 10 and the map pack for three searches: your name, your service in your city, and a buyer’s search like “best … in …”.

What is AI visibility?

AI visibility is how often and how high AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity name your business when a customer asks them for a recommendation. More and more customers ask AI before they search Google.

Is the AI visibility check really free?

Yes. The check is free and needs no sign-up. You only leave contacts if you want the Veilvex team to fix what the report shows.

Which AI assistant do you ask?

Usually Gemini (Google), reading today’s Google results the way AI search does. When that is not enough, Claude (Anthropic) with its own live web search. The report always names the engine used.

Are the Google positions real?

Yes. They come from live Google results at the moment of the check. Positions differ by location and device, so treat them as one honest snapshot.

How do I get my business recommended by ChatGPT and other AI assistants?

Do I need to enter a city?

No. If you work online or across the whole country, leave the city empty and we check the searches without it.
