Who we are and how we work

01Who we are

Veilvex is a team of specialists, not a registered company: we have not registered one yet. The founders of Veilvex are private individuals; we share their names and contacts on request via WhatsApp or Telegram.

The party that signs the contract with you is named in the proposal you accept or in the electronic contract — we tell you who it is before work starts.

We work remotely with businesses in any country, in all four languages of this website.

02How the name is spelled

Veilvex is one word: V-E-I-L-V-E-X; the website is veilvex.com. Search engines sometimes “correct” it to similar words — if you were looking for us, check the spelling.

Veilvex is not related to companies or brands with similar names.

03How the team is organized

Veilvex has a core team and a delivery team:

• the core team runs the brief, proposes the strategy, checks quality, prepares reports and manages the project — you have one contact person throughout;
• the delivery team is the specialists who do the hands-on work: design, development, ads and content.

The cases on this site are projects by our delivery team. Everyone who needs access to your data for the work is bound by confidentiality obligations.

04What we promise and what we don’t

We promise to:

• fix the scope, timeline and price before we start — in the proposal you accept or an electronic contract;
• take payment in stages: an advance only for the current stage, the balance after acceptance;
• send reports: every week for ongoing services, after each stage for projects;
• hand over source files, logins and the rights to what we made for you once the stage is paid;
• sign an NDA on request — even before the brief.

We don’t promise first place on Google, mentions in ChatGPT or other AI assistants, or payback by a fixed date: rankings, leads and AI answers depend on the market, the product and platform algorithms. Specific figures are binding only if the contract expressly sets them as KPIs.

05Where the numbers in our cases come from

The numbers in our cases come from the projects’ own data, each with its source and period:

• search — Google Search Console: 16 months of data for Alfanet; 16 months and the last three months for SHP; as of August 2026;
• website speed and quality — PageSpeed Insights, August 2026;
• ads — the campaigns’ ad accounts, April 2024.

These numbers come from specific projects and do not mean the same result in yours.

06How to check it’s really us

Veilvex can only be reached through this WhatsApp, Telegram, the email [email protected] or the project work chat we create from them. If someone contacts you in our name from other accounts, check the contact against this page.
