Website design for dental clinics
A dental website has one job: turn someone searching “dentist near me” or “tooth pain” into a booked appointment. We build clinic sites around that path, with treatment pages, real dentist profiles, insurance and payment answers, and booking on every screen. A landing page starts at $500, a full clinic site at $900.
from $500 — launch from 14 working days
- Estimate after a 15-minute brief
- Electronic contract when needed
- Staged payments
01What a patient checks before calling
Most new patients compare two or three clinics on a phone, often in pain or worried about cost. They leave as soon as one of their questions goes unanswered, so the site answers them in the order they are asked.
- Do you treat my problem? A page for each treatment: implants, aligners, whitening, root canal, children’s dentistry, emergency care.
- Who will treat me? Dentist profiles with photos, education and languages spoken.
- Can I afford it? Accepted insurance plans, payment options and price ranges you are comfortable publishing.
- When can I come? Opening hours, emergency slots and online booking or a call button visible without scrolling.
- Where are you? Map, parking, wheelchair access and public transport.
02The structure we usually build
| Page | Why it exists | Tier |
|---|---|---|
| Emergency dentist | Captures urgent searches; phone and same-day booking first | Landing page, from $500 |
| Treatments (one per service) | Ranks for each treatment and answers its own questions | Multi-page, from $900 |
| Our dentists | Trust before the first visit | Multi-page, from $900 |
| Insurance and payment | Removes the most common reason people hesitate | Multi-page, from $900 |
| Book online | Connects to your booking system or sends the request to reception | Either tier |
A clinic with one location and a few core treatments can start with a focused landing page and grow it later. Several dentists, locations or languages call for the multi-page site from the start.
03Booking and patient data
If your practice software or booking service offers online booking, we embed it or link to it so appointments land straight in your schedule. If it does not, the form sends a booking request to reception by e-mail or WhatsApp, and staff confirm it.
Forms ask only for what is needed to book: name, contact, preferred time and the reason for the visit. We do not ask patients to type medical history into a website form, and we agree with you where requests are stored before launch.
04How the project goes
- 15-minute briefYour treatments, dentists, locations, booking system and the patients you want more of.
- Structure and copyPage plan and treatment copy in plain language; you check every medical statement.
- Design and buildFast on phones, booking on every screen, accessible contrast and font sizes.
- Launch and handoverDomain, analytics, Google Business Profile link-up; logins and files once the stage is paid.
What we do not promise
- A fixed number of new patients per month: it depends on your area, prices and reviews.
- Medical copy without your review: a dentist on your team approves every treatment statement.
- Before-and-after photos we do not have consent for: we publish only images you have the right to use.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a dental clinic website cost?
A focused landing page starts at $500 and a multi-page clinic website at $900. The exact estimate depends on the number of treatments, dentists, locations and languages, and comes after a 15-minute brief.
Can patients book online through the site?
Yes. If your practice software or booking service has online booking, we embed it. If not, the site sends booking requests to reception, who confirm the time.
Do you write the treatment pages?
Yes, we write them in plain language from your input. A dentist on your team reviews every medical statement before the page goes live.
Will the site help us show up in Google Maps?
The site gives Google consistent facts: name, address, phone, hours and treatments, with structured data. Map rankings also depend on your Google Business Profile and reviews; our SEO work covers that.
We already have a site. Do we need a new one?
Not always. If the problem is speed, a missing booking button or thin treatment pages, a website improvement from $200 may be enough. We tell you which after looking at it.
